Dealer Bourse Information

Dealer Bourse Information:  The floor plan for the Annandale Coin Show includes both standard booths and corner booths.  A standard booth is an eight foot table; a corner booth is two eight foot tables in an L-configuration.  Both types of booths include backup tables, two cases, one light, a table sign, front and back chairs, and one electrical outlet.  The bourse fee for standard booths is $250.  The bourse fee for corner booths is $375.  A dealer hospitality room is available.  Complimentary donuts are available both mornings and a complimentary dealer lunch is served at noon both days.  Coffee and soft drinks are available throughout the day.  ACS staff is available during set up and pack up to assist dealers needing help with moving in and out of the facility.  Continuous uniformed armed security are present from set up to pack up.

Show Promotion:  Attending dealers can expect good public attendance at the Annandale Coin Show as a result of extensive multi-media promotion of the show.  Potomac Promotions lists the show in all widely used print and internet show listings.  Potomac Promotions also maintains a extensive list of several thousand area coin show attendees and contacts them via mail and email shortly before the show.  In addition, flyers are distributed by attending dealers at other shows in the nearby area throughout the year.  Finally, Potomac Promotions has a publicity program specifically targeted to non-tabled dealers--who tend to spend more money at coin shows--in the mid-Atlantic region.

Bourse Application: To apply for bourse space, download a bourse application, complete it, sign it and mail it to the Bourse Chairman at the address shown on the application.  Adobe Reader is necessary to download a Bourse Application.  If you do not have Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free from Adobe.  If you are unable to download an application and would like one mailed to you, contact Potomac Promotions for assistance.
